Breeze Pro subscription
- Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Breeze Pro.
- Restore: in-app Settings → Breeze Pro → Restore Purchases.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
App troubleshooting
- Weather stale? Pull down to refresh and check Location access in iOS Settings.
- Widgets not updating? Open the app once after installing or updating.
- Still stuck? Email us — that's what we're here for.
Privacy & your data
- Delete your account and all server data in-app: Settings → Delete Account & All Data.
- Or email us and we'll handle it for you.
